"Esposende a Privilege of Nature" ®

With the blue of the Atlantic as far as the eyes can reach, Esposende is divided into extensive sand beaches and its dunes, on the bucolic banks of the river Neiva and the Cávado estuary. Perhaps this is why balance is the watchword in the presentation of the city. The nautical activities that Esposende provides are already a reference in the north of Portugal, as well as the walks through history left by the navigations of other times. At table, the flavors are of the sea: fish, octopus, cod and seafood are served in a party, washed by the region's green wine and sweetened by the famous “Clarinhas de Fão”.
