Amares Pillory: the current construction, on Dom Gualdim Pais Square, is recent and a replica of another pillory (probably from the 16th century and classified as MN) and from which only one fragment exists, which is no longer in public exhibition. Dom Gualdim Pais Square and Monument: in homage to the knight of D. Afonso Henriques, here born in 1118. Amares Parish Church: a 1705 construction, amplified and restored in 1936 and once known as the “Bom Pastor Chapel”. Senhora da Paz Chapel: ancient place of worship, the building is of the 20th century.Tower and Honour Vasconcelos Ruins (Mouros House): IIP, this 13th century tower is part of a medieval palace, where a romanesque chapel dedicated to Santa Luzia also exists. Situated in Ferreiros, it is private property. Santa Maria de Bouro Convent (IIP) and Nossa Senhora da Abadia Sanctuary (IIP). Santo André de Rendufe Monastery: IIP, in the parish with the same name, national baroque style golden carving stands out. Carrazedo Parish Church/São Martinho Church: IIP, the current building dates back to 1750. The old church was built during the Middle Ages. The current church includes the Santa Margarida Chapel, built during the 15th century and the Nossa Senhora da Apresentação Chapel, built during the 16th century and where the poet Francisco de Sá de Miranda is buried. Also in the parish of Carrazedo, the Castro Tower (or Machados Manor House): medieval house-tower with obvious defensive characteristics, it was probably built in the 14th century. It was the residence of the Entre Homem e Cavado Masters and is a fine example of civil, residential, gothic and manueline architecture. Tapada House: IIP, 16th century construction that underwent modifications during the next centuries. It was ordered built by the poet Francisco de Sá de Miranda and was his home duringo the last years of his life. An example of civil, residential, mannerist and baroque architecture, in the parish of Fiscal. Ribeira House: 18th century construction and Armoured Gate of the Torre de Vilar House: IIP. Both in Figueiredo.  Rodas Bridge: medieval structure over the Homem river, in Caldelas, and Prozelo Bridge: in Prozelo, also known as Porto Bridge, it is a medieval construction from the 14th century, and one of the oldest in the Cávado Valley. Currently, it is only used by pedestrians. Both are MN. Geira: this Roman road with two thousand years old connected Braga to Astorga. It is recommended to discover the road section between Lugar de Via-Cova in Paredes Secas until Santa Cruz in Seramil.
