Faro Natural Park

At the summit of Monte do Faro we find one of the most privileged Northern Minho’s viewpoints, with a view over the Minho Valley (Portugal and Galiza), from the busy commercial city of Valença, with the bridge that links it to Tui, until the mouth of the Minho River. Here stand the Nossa Senhora do Faro and Santa Ana chapels, whose scenery is the entire extension of a natural park with ample leisure and picnic spaces, all of which painted green.
